How to add queries to the menu

Hi. In our implementation of SAP B1, on the tools menu is an option labelled "Queries" and under that, System Queries and User Queries. I want to modify one of the user queries and add it as a new one to the menu. How do I do this?

I open up query manager and there's a number of categories, one called Sales. I open that up and there's existing sales queries there already. So I hit the Create Report button. It lists the reports there and offers a template. So I type in a new name and choose the English template. Done.

Now what? It doesn't show up in the list of Sales queries and if I try this process again it says the report already exists. Where? It's not listed in the query manager at all under any category. Also, I have a SQL query in hand I know works, where do I enter the query itself?

Thanks.

Edit: Actually if I got to Tools/Queries/Query Print Layout, it shows up there. - ? But how do I get it into the User Queries menu and where do I enter the query text?
