We have an 'Activities' option on the Nav Bar for the Master profile that I am using. When I click on this 'Activities' option I am displayed a screen show Search, Create, reporting and Activity Planning areas. By the way, what is this particular screen referred to as?.
Anyway, if I choose 'Appointment' from the 'Create' section I receive an error message saying that either:
No transaction type is available according to the Custiomization
or
The user has no authorisation for the transaction type.
As I have SAP_ALL assigned to me I assume that the reason is the first point.
Where in SPRO is this customisation maintained, and what would normally be a default transaction type?.
Any advice would be welcome.
