Link between PO, GR and IR's

Dear Friends,

Is there any way to know the link between PO, GR and IR's? I mean are there any common or different key fields that SAP uses to do a 3-way match? If yes then please advise the fields. Appreciate your reply.

take a looke at table EKBE that should help you.

Hi

Purchasing document ( PO ) is the key field since PO will be posted with the GR and IR.you can create a query at SQ01 for the table EKBE and EKPO or EKPO MSEGLIKP etc.

Hi There

If you are looking for the Single PO document, You can get the details in PO document- Ourchase order History tab

If you are looking for all the POs, then EKBE is the best place to ref

Hi Prashant,

rather then goin into the table why dont you check directly into the Purchase Order, in the item details tab, under Purchase Order History.

There you can get the item wise detail for 1 PO at a time.

Use table EKBE
