Hi Experts,
I am creating complaints as follow-up documents of Service Tickets. The service tickets do contain items but I don't want the complaint to contain items or I need to customize the complaint so it contains the same items of the ticket I don't know what is more easy.
The error that I am seeing when creating the complaint is:
Item 10: The Item does not exist in the system Item 10: No item category could be determined Item 10: No description could be found for the Item
The item 10 is not an item. SAP CRM is assigning automatically the value 10 to the complaint in the assignment block 'Items'.
What can I do to solve this problem?
