Dear Consultants,
1) X joins on 01.01.2011 with basic = 20000. He is on Leave Without Pay for 15 days & gets basic = 10000.
2) Y joins on 16.01.2011 with basic = 20000. He also gets basic = 10000.
SAP calculates Employer Basis for PF for X as 6500 but for Y as 3250. Is this correct according to provisions of PF Act?
