spool problem

Hi,

When i go to SM37 only to paticular finished job i am not able to view the spool.

Getting error like Spool number 0000007534 has been reused in the meantime.

plz help to sove this problem.

Hi Harish,

Please clarify us that where u seen this error"Spool number 0000007534"... In sm37 , you can monitor the background jobs. you can also monitor the spool request using the tcode sp01... Where you can the status of the individual spool request status and logs as well. Kindly check the same and let us know for further help.

in SM37 i am trying to open the finshed job spool.and it gives the error Spool 00000XXXX has been reused in the meantime.

Hi Harish

Each job created should create a new spool request number. You need to check this in the printer properties of that particular job and option new spool request should be 'yes'.
