Is there any way to change the configuration for consignment to be by order number and not customer number?

hi,

sorry this is not possible in SAP.

because basing on SP only your can create a sales order.

here in your case you can also add one more partner called SB - SPECIAL PARTNER FOR CONSIGNMENTS.

by basing on the internal number range inside the document type for KB - the number ranges can be decided.

When you pgi a consignment order, it uses a movement type of 631 W. When you look at MMBE you can see the consignment stock by customer number. I need to see the consignment stock by order #. The order from which the consignment was created.

Try out the following

TCode: MB5B

Give the relavant Movement type

Special Stock : W

Give the relavant from & to date or only one date in both 'from' & 'to'.

Stock type : "Activate" special Stock

Under the tab 'Display options', If necessary, make your own layout,

& "Execute".
