CTI failure detection

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement in our Interaction Center to inform our end users whenever when a CTI server goes offline. We have a load balanced CTI environment and if a server goes down, our users must logout/login to CRM to re-estabish a connection to our CTI system. Presently if a server goes down, the end user is never informed and as a result - does not receive any calls.

We have configured the heartbeat profile but that only notifies the CTI server when a user's browser stops responding. We need the opposite - a notice to the end user when their CTI session is lost.
