We generate W2 Self sealer forms (on pre-printed paper) from SAP but ADP files taxes for us. So basically we need only W2 generated from the system. No other forms needed.
Now SAP has released bunch of notes
1514526 Year End 2010 Phase II - This one is not applicable as it affects the W2 with background form and we use a pre-printed form.
1533198 Year End 2010 Phase III - This one affects only the sorting of box 12. I checked the code changes too, and it won't matter much if we do not apply this one.
1542309 TR: Incorrect year being displayed on previous years W-2 Form - I think the preprinted form has year 'pre-printed' so this one does not apply to us. Can anyone please confirm.
1533172 TR: Self-sealer W-2 Form alignment fixes - We are currently not having any issues with the alignment. I think this is messed only when you apply Phase II.
Can someone let me know if its okay to skip all these notes?
