Enterprise Object locked for editing....

While I was adding a namespace to a new Software Component, my network crashed. When I got back into the system to finish adding the namespace, I get an error "Object is currening being edited by another user". That other user happens to be me.

Is there a way to unlock this object? Will the lock eventually release after a certain amount of time? How do I resolve this issue so I can continue with this development.
