Hi all,

My client created scheduling agreement for an item. He created two confirmed schedule lines on future dates with quantities 20 and 50 respectively.
Example (in Forecast delivery schedule):
Date Order qty Cml.released qty Open qty Confirmed qty
15.9.16 20 20 20 20
20.9.16 50 50 50 50

In VA32, as per the first schedule line, now he wants to do delivery only 2 quantities instead of 20.
Date Order qty Cml.released qty Open qty Confirmed qty

15.9.16 20 20 2 2

After clicking availability check to confirm 2, got into delivery document, here system does not show this material at all.
Later, if I re-confirm 20 qty as well (in VA32), at least I could see material but 20 qty is not copied to delivery document. I could see only 2 qty.

I did not understand the system behavior here, could someone guide me on this..

First of all, the dates you mentioned is not a future date. Now coming to your query, since the open quantity is only 2, the same has been copied to delivery. As per your post, it seems, already you have made 18 nos

Dear Lakshmipathi,

Scenario:
In Scheduling Agreement, for a single item, there are 5 open schedule lines from past dates. In all 5 schedule lines, quantities were delivered partially. See the below data:

Now on 16.12.16, user wants to club all open quantities from past schedule lines for one time PGI.
In VA32, in forecasting tab, by clicking on availability check button, and confirming these open quantities, system is copying 50+25+40+45 (160) into delivery document, but when clicking on PGI, it throws error message:

Material 118600057 Item 000010 Picked Quantity is greater than order quantity

Message no. ZMESSAGE_CLASS001

I know that this may not be the standard error. But my question is, is it possible to club partial quantities from past schedule lines for one PGI?
