Question about User Menus on Login


Good Afternoon,

After creating several individual profiles and assigning them to the users, we've noticed that when the users which have several individual profiles login, they see a lot of the same menus entries. For example if a user have three profiles created having as base a Logistics Menu, if he have several profiles with some sort of menu path in Logistics, when he login, he does have three Logistics Directories.

How can i condense the menus in one directory only?

Secondly, is it possible to make the SAP Easy Acess as the default Menu for a group of users? Not for all.
