I have two users who act as Purchasers completing incomplete shopping carts, however when they access the requests through their inbox they are defaulting to two different templates, and I am unable to see why this is, and therefore attempt to correct it.
Template preferred id :-
BBPSC08/99/SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS_2000.html - Appears to be the wizard screen
Template for problem user:-
BBPSC08/99/SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS_1000.html - Extended screen.
Why would this single user go to the different template - what drives this?
I have checked the users SU01 ID's and the org chart assignments but to no avail - I can't see any differences so I suspect something is amiss with the ITS?
Any help would be appreciated.
