As I understand, Netweaver's XI licensing is without charge for sites with mySAP licenses. This means that a site that has mySAP ERP or CRM could use XI as a cost-effective way to integrate with external systems.
I understand further that if a customer has R/3 Enterprise instead of mySAP ERP, then they do not have the same Netweaver entitlements.
Correct me if I am wrong so far.
My question is, what if the customer has both mySAP CRM and R/3 Enterprise? Will they be entitled to use XI for integration between external systems and both CRM and R/3 Enterprise?
Cheers,
Scott
Greetings Scott,
Please contact the SAP Account Executive or the SAP Consultant Engagement Manager assigned to the project you are addressing. They are the best to address the licensing questions that you have outlined for SAP XI. Regards, Angie
