Shipment Master Data - How to change the output types?

Dear Gurus,

I have created both:

- Individual Shipments

- Collective Shipments

I want to change the output type from the shipment master data, but seem unable to do so as the system doesn't propose me to do it.

The reason why I want to change it is simple: For European Exports we are using the CMR document which output in SAP is:

CMR1. So far in my shipment master data, I have this one: ALTR.

Hi Chris,

You will need to check some system configuration.

In transaction V/24 identify which output procesdure is assigned to your shipment types.

In transaction NACE ( select - application V7) check in the "control" hierachy (after you select the procedure button) check if the output type CMR1 is assigned to the procedure identified above.

If the customising is correct then you will likly be missing a condition record (also in NACE) to determine the output from the output procedure.
