I am facing an issue at clientu2019s end wrt Demand management.

My planning strategy for finished material is 40.

Now in MD04 I am unable to see the pending orders(Customer orders).But I am able to see the sales order created on today before MRP run.

Client wants to run MRP run only based on pending sales order without PIR(PIR=zero qty),he is unable to see previous sales orders in MD04.

What could be the reason??

In Configuration ,Sales order is having standard schedule line category CP and Req.type KSV.

Sales order is not having any delivery or billing block.

Availibility check in material master is also ok ,Initially it was KP and I changed it to 02.But that could not be the reason because for other FERT materials for which KP is set, system is showing cus.ord for todayu2019s date and not previous date.

Have somebody experienced the same??

Can somebody tell me where I need to correct??

Is everything fine with the newly created SO(s)? (e.g. VA03 --> enter your SO > (menu) Goto > Header > Status --> is everything OK with your SO?)

If everything is OK and you cannot find any reason why new SOs should not be displayed, please check OSS note 207942 (it gives information on which settings should be revised & there's a correction report).

check if any filters are active in MD04 list based on todays date.
