How to pass the current Portal user to PHP-App?

Hi everybody,

we are using EP 60 SP2 and I want to display an external PHP Application in an URL-iView. How can I pass the current Portal User to this app?

I know I can add Parameters in the iView options but they seem to be restricted to fixed values.

    Try this

    1) iView: new from portal Archive

    2) component: com.sap.appintegrator.sap

    3) component: generic

    4) edit the properties and include the full url (http://your.server.com/index.php?username= >) in the section "URLTemplate" )

      Hi,

I actually haven't got any idea on what parameters you actually can give in, but I would belive it is rather limited.

You are probably better off implementing your own portal component which reads that information from the usermanagement api and sends it on
