how to rotate blank cell's text to 90 degrees in WEBI report

hi,

I have a webi report.

I am placing a blank cell in my report which has got some text.

The text should be rotated to 90 degress.

I don't see an option to rotate the text in cell to 90 degrees in properties.

Please help me on how to rotate the text in cell.
