We are using Webi to both provide corporate reports (built by IT) and to allow a subset of power users in the business, access to save corporate reports from the public folders to their personal folder and customise/ change those reports. These users can then print/ email out these customised reports and there is currently no way of telling whether you are looking at a corporate report or a customised one.
The business wants to be able to differentiate a corporate report from an ad-hoc, business customised report via some sort of display either on the report or via the report naming/ numbering etc.
The business have tried to manually enforce users to mark reports as non-corporate with a previous reporting solution and it hasnu2019t worked.
Is there any way (even if it includes customisation) of getting Webi to meet this requirement?
E.g. by including a watermark/ label etc on corporate reports that is somehow removed when reports are saved to personal folders? Or some other method?
