User Exit

Hi,

I need to assign a User Exit to a Feature using PE03. I am trying to add the user exit by going into T. Code PE03 ( I selected Programs to add user Exit) but I am getting an error stating that the User Exit is not a program.

Please advise how I should add the userexit to a feature.
