I put in the license key during the install, and it accepts it as valid. But when I run the software it prompts me for the license key and when I enter the same license key as entered during the install, it says it's invalid. Can you tell me what's wrong or send me a key that will work ? Thanks
Excuse my ignorance, but the only userid I have is the one I use to access this forum, which doesn't work for the temporary keys site. If that is my s-userid, it doesn't work. If that is not my s-userid, I have no idea what you're talking about.
