How to Access Free PreAssessment Evaluation Test

I would like to know how I can access the

Free pre-assessment Evaluation Test : Are you NetWeaver Ready

Is this test availble via SDN or the SAP Marketplace, if so,how to access it ? What is the URL

    This online assessment is still in development as the NW04 training will not be available until late September. Please continue to monitor SDN as we will announce the online assessment for "Are You NetWeveaver Ready" once available. Cheers! Angie
