User exit for deactivating inspection lot

Hi expert,

I have two plants X and Y,in plant Y for material inspection type 08 is activated.

While doing stock transfer of any kind like storage lo to storage loc (MOV type311) and plant to plant (mov type301) and plant to plant throgh delivery Sd route(Mov type 101) system is genrating inspection lot.

My requirement is I want that system should genrate inspection lot with inspection type 08 for mov type 101 only.

And for others like 301 and 311 it should not genrate any lot.

I dont want to deactivate those mov type for QM in spro as it will block it at client level.

this functionality i want it for only at one plant.

Any user exit is there by which we can activate?

Can you please more clarify on your suggestion for follwoing points

By creating Z mov type how we can link to inspection type 08,

and how these mov type will be picked up in stock transfer?

Dear,

Let say you have created movement type as 901 and 911 by copying the 301 and 311.

While doing the GR or stock transfer use movement type 901 or 911 instete of 301 or 311 and don't active the inspection lot creation to these movement type (901 and 911) so system will not create any lot.

QM can control the inspection type and activation at plant level only through the material master. And movement type at plant level. So there is no solution for this in standard SAP.

But you can do this with User Exit QAAT0001

Or second option is you need to define the Z movement type by coping the 301 and 311 and then You can activate and deactivate QM in QCCO > Quality inspection > Inspection lot creation > inspection for goods movement.

Use these new Z movement with inspection type 08 so you can control over the lot creation.
