We are using two categories in complaint transaction in web ui i.e category 1& category 2.In category 1 reason codes will appear and category 2 cause codes will appear. We define category schema and assign successfully subject profile to categorization schema.
Here we have reason codes 25 available and 15 causes available. In categorization schema we we create hierarchy .total 25 reason codes assign 15 cause codes. Each reason code assigned 15 cause categories.
Now Complaint transaction has successfully showing category 1 u2013reason and category 2 casuse code in dropdown list successfully.
While we are creating complaint transaction, select required category 1&2 in dropdownlist and save successfully in web ui. And we checked same transaction in GUI. Only category 2 subject only appear. Category1 reason codes does not appear.
While we creating complaint transaction in GUI . selectl all required reason and cause in dropdownlist and save. Here we check in web ui only categoly 1 appear.
Plase help me above subject any thing missing in configuration.
