Itrastat Resource Error

Hi,

a customer of ours is using Intrastat 6.80.01.11. They had to format their computer and now when they log into SAP intrastat brings and error saying: "Resource Error". Then another error: "Initialization Failed". Then I get the option to continue without using the add-on. The add-on works on the server computer, but not on the client. Anyone know how to fix this?

SAP provided me with the solution here it is:

Solution

This error usually occurs after an upgrade. To resolve this error, please do the following:

Locate the Temp folder by going to Start -> Run and type %temp%.

Locate the SM_OBS_DLL folder and delete or rename it.

Uninstall the DI API from Add/Remove Programs.

Install the DI API from the latest patch.

Connect to the addon again and the SM_OBS_DLL folder will be recreated and replaced with the latest version. You should now be able to connect sucessfully.
