Invalid Check Table - MDGM

Hi,

I am Getting an error while adding field FVIDK(MARC) as Invalid Check Table in data model, Can anyone explain Step by Step how to Add this in the Entity in Data Model, I am aware as it can be done by relationship but not sure about the procedure.
