Error while creating shopping cart

Dear All,

In Portal for SRM, when i click on create shopping cart, its opening a new window & giving the error as The attributes of the user are inconsistent or not defined. See transaction PPOMA_BBP.

how can i resolve this ?

use tcode users_gen to integrate ur user into organisation structure in srm.

I checked the same, and here for my user Object existence/consistency its showing red colour.

and also i am getting one more error as BP for userXXX is not an employee.

where as already i have created BP for my ID using t code BP in srm.

As suggested by Glenn, you are getting this error because the user has not been integrated in the org structure. Pls. note that the SRM users are not created using SU01 tx. The SRM users consists of postion, buisness partner, central person and SU01 account. Use the USERS_GEN tx for integrating this user. The users can be also replicated from HR org structure
