Error saving DataSource Message no. RSO843

Hi,

I am new to SAP if any help would highly be appreciated.

Here is the issue,

In the process of loading the data from a flatfile to an Infocube,I was trying to create data source to load data into infocube, I am getting this message:

Error saving DataSource Message no. RSO843

Hi Shalini,

Delete the failed request from the target ,

Save and activate your data source once again and try to load the data.

Thanks for your response.

I followed your suggestion but while creating data source still i am getting this error:

The DataSource does not exist in object version M.

For me it is showing in version new but it should be in version M.

Can you please advise.

Hi Shalini,

can you tell me what are the steps you have performed to create a DS...

Change the DS and try to reactivate the DS and check.

I got it right, I was doing some mistake in creating the data source.

Anyways, I have awarded the points now.
