Hi,

you are restoreing PC4 database on system QC4.

This requires a netbackup permission configuration to allow client QC4 to access the backup from system PC4.

Hi Volker

Can you please be more specific which file permissions from the QC4 client needs to chnages in order to access the PC4 backup

It is not a file permission issue.

It is a permission issue inside the netbackup masterserver.

You need to allow, that this client is entitled to restore (steal a backup from a diffrent client.

Unfortunately I have no Idea how to configure that. I have to complain to my netbackup guys

as well, if the systemcopies are not working.
