I have ben assigned some QM work in a Sales Process.Now,first I will make clear that SD integration with QM happens at 2 times either at PGI or PGR.
1.Before PGI,Inspection will be carried out,for that we ned to maintain qualitry management view in material master record.
as wel as Inspection type 10.
Now from hetre can you help me out that how the entire sales process will be carried out with quality inspection with movement type,ascounting entry and T code as well?
2.At the point of PGR,again quality inspection will be carred out,hoe we will map this process with inspection type 06.
At the point of Picking,how it integrates with Quality Management?

PGI Inspection.
Following is the process to generate inspection lot to do inspection before goods issue( PGI) from sales cycle.
1. Activate inspection t lot origin ‘10’ ( inspection for delivery to customer).
2. Create Inspection plan (qp01) with usage’ 6’ ( goods issue. )
3. Assign inspection lot origin ’10’ for required delivery type.
4. Create sales order ( VA01)
5. Create delivery ( Vl01N)
6. After creating delivery system generates inspection lot with origin ‘10’.
7. After result recording UD is given .
8. Create PGI.
Note:- usage decision does not affect stock as material code is not changed for PGI inspection it is mainly used only to record results for particular lot before goods issue and billing. System does not allow to do PGI before result recoding and UD .

If you have activated PDI then an inspection lot will be created as oon as you save a delivery.
Then goto T code QA32 and do the result recording. Then goto VL02N and do the PGI

Where the configuration setting happens when I create delivery ,Inspection Lot will be created automatically?
I need to work on that process?
Any efforts will be highly appreciated?

Where the setting is being made that before PGI,Usage decisions are mandatory?

This is to inform you that;
please go to QM views in MMR - there you can find 6 & 10 numbers assigned which states one for PGI & onefor PGR. only these two stages SD will get integrated to QM.
before PGI one INSPECTION LOT will get generated basing on the USEAGE DECISION which contains PH values of the product. for eg : if you belong to CEMENT industry the PH value inside USEAGE DECISION will in between 130 to 180.
if the lot created by the delivery carries less than 130 and even higher than 180 - then the lot has to be rejected.
PGR - also the same process.
