Mass update cust master

Hi folks,

We are trying to update mass change for customer master Incoterm field using XD99 & MASS.

Even if after saving we are getting green signals system is not changing values ple guide.

iN MASS or XD99 after selecting the fields and updating you have to press the save button then only the mass changes will be applicable

Hi Pratap,

Go to MASS transaction here you select the object type as KNA1 then execute here you go to fields tab select the field Incoterms-KNVV-INCO1 then execute system will take you to the other screen here you enter the customer numbers ,sales organization ,Distribution channel and division then execute now system will give the message click on display all records now system will display existing Incoterms for the selected customers. Give the new incoterm in the New value field then click on the carry out Mass change icon (available in the top of the screen i.e before undo icon).

hi;

try with LSMW and check out the changes whether its updating the values in to CMR or not.

i am sure that with LSMW it updates all the values into DATABASE.

please test and confirm.
