SalesForce Connectivity Issue (Offsite location)

Hello All,

I am hoping someone may have a solution to my issue. When I'm running reports through SalesForce while connected to the office network, there are no issues, but whenever I'm offsite, Crystal Reports fails to connect. Is there a reason why this could be? I've looked all around haven't been able to find any solution.
