This SDN is unfortunately NOT for the handling of problems. There are a number of reasons for this. First it is not an official channel that we officially support. It is done on best effort mode, mostly on private time.

The official way to handle problems is via OSS. Especially if you business depends on this. Within OSS we can easily route messages to the correct group, in this case CRM. You can track you message, escalate it, etc. You have a revision proof track record of what was done or not, etc. If your append is not answered here in SDN, it only makes the statistics look bad. Nothing else.

Recommendation: please open a OSS message, queue CRM-PCF as starting point. They will dispatch it futher.

PS: Page not found means the URL is bad. Just use a HTTP sniffer and maybe you see something that can help you. But do not forget that OSS message. There is no way around it.
