Dear Experts,
We are using at this time in production:
--> 1 server running Windows Server 2003 R2 Std 32 bits with MSSQL 2000 SP04 and SAP Business One server 2005A SP01 PL39 + SAP addons + iBOLT 2.5 SP9. There is lot of application and database on this sever for 100 users.
Versions used of MSSQL and SAP are not supported anymore.
We would like to change the SAP architecture and prepare our migration to 8.8 :
--> 1 database server running Windows Server 2003 R2 Std 64 bits with MSSQL 2005 SP03 64 bits for SAP and iBOLT databases.
--> 1 SAP application server running Windows Server 2003 R2 Std 32 bits with SAP Business One server 2005A SP01 PL39 + SAP addons + iBOLT 2.5 SP9. This server will be connected to the database server.
The idea is the following:
In short term: Upgrade MSSQL with a new server.
In Long term: Upgrade SAP/B1 8.8 on the new server.
Do you have some feedbacks about this architecture. Is it working well ?
Thanks for your help,
Best regards,
Sébastien
