Posting of Apportionable costs without Plant Maintenance

Hello Experts

How can i account for service charges ( Apportionable costs ) for a lease out without the PM integration. Should i just post the costs to accounts payables i.e the vendor accounts. In this implementation there is no Plant Maintenance module.

I suppose you should take up SAP Plant Maintenance. It is a specialized module to cater the maintenance requirements of the company, incurred costs, invoice differences, inventory visibility, comparison of requirements with stock value, maintenance contracts, vendor evaluation for maintenance,vendors, buildings and their due maintenance integrated with the RE-FX facility to provide you the costs incurred on the RE-FX facilities considering the revenues it generates, warranty claim processing (any of the equipment in warranty are maintained as per the contract(quantity based contracts or quality based contracts, then the management of your Fleet and any costs incurred due to the Fleet maintenance, Oil consumptions by all of the fleet, and provides you with analysis both standard and flexible analysis to fulfill the Managements requirement to diminish maintenance costs.
