Exclude leaf values from aggregated to the parent node(Hierarchy)

Hi,

I'm working on a hierarchical report that not all child nodes value to be summed up for the parent node, any idea if we could do that in BEx Analyzer (BW3.1) ?

Hello Augustine,

well, it's not really a hierarchy if the leaves don't add up...

Create key figure that's 0 if the node should be ignored and 1 otherwise. Then you can multiply the original key figure with this indicator and the total should be what you need.
