Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to reset my excel sheet after context change.

Current scenario:

i have ten rows in excel in which i am fetching dimension members using epmselectmember formula. as below.

My requirement :

If i change context then values which i selected previously using epmselectmember should get erased and a default text(please select a member) should be displayed.

Solution i tried:

I tried using macro to clear contents of cells but this is clearing my formulas too.

Please let me know if there Is any other solution just to clear contents but not formulas in the cells.

My System details:

BPC 10.1 NW (standard model)

AO 2.4

Sorry, but not clear!

Please provide the screenshot with the formula in the original state you want to have with "please select a member"

Hi Vadim,

Please find my requirement as below:

Please find the following rows in which i selected members for Dim1 using EPMSelectmember in all the rows for project X.

My requirement is the values in the above rows under column Dim1 should be cleared when ever i changed Project context for example if i change project in EPM context from X to Y then the values under column should be cleared/ reset to some default text like(select member).

In short when ever i change context from context pane the values i selected (using EPMselectmember) for the previous context should be cleared.

But there is no default text for EPMselectmember!

Can be only changed to some dummy member...
