I am having issues where I am getting an error when trying to run a report that I added to the BI Launchpad. The error is as follows:
The viewer could not process an event. Unable to find servers in CMS ZanReport.Zanders.local:6400 and cluster @ZanReport.Zanders.local:6400 with kind cacheserver and service BlockingDocumentConnectionRepository. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014) [RASLIB9006] [CRSDK00000813]

I went and did some looking around and found that in the BI Administrators Cockpit that the Crystal Reports Cache server is running but disabled. I am not really sure how to enable it.
How do I get past this error? I couldn't find anywhere that would allow me to re-enable it.
