How to calculate the machine hour rate without creating the activity type

I am implementing the repitative manufacturing project, What my problem is Without creating the activity type how to calculate the machine hour rate.Any bode please Help me.

I could not understand your issue. What is the problem to creat Activity type even your process is repeatative one ?

Can you clarify with some more details ? So far Act price is concerned you have to creat Activity type. However if you give your requirements in details, we can give you solution.

Whats wrong with Activity Type? Thats the std way of doing it...

W/o using activity type, there is no way you can calculate an machhr rate from system...

At best, you can create a costing sheet and absorb your overhead as a % of raw material cost...
