Connection to SAP through saprouter failing

Hi There,

Here's another thread trying to make sense of the SAP support portal again! Here goes, we are trying to open the connection to through saprouter using the 'maintain connections' option in the sap support portal. The connector tries to contact the SAP gateway and this is failing, i am getting the following error...

SAP_CMINIT3 : rc=20 > Connect to SAP gateway failed

Connect_PM DEST=o01, GWHOST=<Removed>/S/3299/H/<Removed>/S/3301, GWSERV=<Remomved>, SYSNR=01

LOCATION SAProuter 39.2 (SP4) on '<Removed>'

ERROR SNC processin

can anyone please help and shed some light on why this is failing? The last time we opened this connection there wasn't any problems, we haven't changed any files such as saprouttab etc.. the last version of the SAP cert we installed was in August so this should still be valid...

also, from the saprouter machine i can ping <Removed> so it should be out to the network ok as well...

any help greatly appreciated!

Regards,

Adam Sellers.

Please do not give out details of app servers , gateway details etc on public forums.... I understand you have an issues but the fact that someone can actually log into the IP address mentioned by you and check the same appears very remote to me
