Web Application Designer - Info Field Item displays everything or nothing

Hi all,

I am not able to customize this web item in order to dsplay only the variables values. As soon as I do not select all the types of text elements, the item is then empty.

I am using Sap Gui 7.20 SP3 recently patched but it did not work earlier either.

Hello,

Please, try this configuration on Infor Field:

[x]Display Static Filter Values

[x]Display Genertal Text Elements

[x]Display Dynamic Filter Values

[x]Display Variables

[x] Only Variable with values

Try to download the latest version of Busines Explorer. SAPGUI version/patch does not affect this situation.

Hi Edward,

Help to your answer I could understand my mistake. I was customizing the Data Binding part instead of the Internal Display.

I did the following :

[ ]Display Static Filter Values

[ ]Display Genertal Text Elements

[ ]Display Dynamic Filter Values

[x]Display Variables

[ ] Only Variable with values

And it is working now.

FYI: no need to uninstall and reinstall the Bex tools, it worked directly with the latest patch.
