I am facing a typical problem. I have an issue in displaying Account Identification in WebIC.
After opening the WebUI for the first time when I confirms a customer the Account Identification screen is not displaying any value. And I am closing the Call by pressing the end button.
After that on the same logon screen if I confirm the (same or different) customer again it is displaying the value in Account Identification page.
I am confused.
Where to check.
As it is working in second time. But not working in First time.
Any suggestion?
