Supplier Text field - Not able to input the data...

Hi Experts,

One of our user's is facing one un-usual problem.

Under the Nores & Attachments tab --> we have made "Supplier Text" field as mandatory. But when user is going to enter, he is not able to input the data as the text filed is not available for him, blank screen is poped-up.

Request your immediate help as this is a production issue.

Is it only for this user? If it is working normally earlier, check if they implement any support pack and relates oss.
