FPVC dunning reversal

Hi all,

Is it possible to reverse the some of the dunned itemms (FPVB dunned items) through FPVC transaction : Mass reversal of Dunning Notices.say an example in FPVB we have dunned around 1000 items, now is it possible to reverse the 300 items trhu FPVC..

Please suggest me on this ....its very helpful to us.

Yes, FPVC can be used to reverse Dunning created by FPVA/FPVB. If FPVB has been run, then need to check the "Executed as well" checkbox.

If you don't want to reverse the whole FPVB run, then you can subset by a range of BP numbers and/or account numbers. You can also get more specific within the Custom Selections tab.

Hi ,

In FPVC you can enter the parameters that you want to reverse .

In FPVC in the custom selection tab you can select for what all Business partners you want to reverse the dunning or make the choice based on the custome selection.

To execute , select the run that you want to reverse and then in custom selection tab make the necessary selections as per your requirements .

Only the thing that you will have to take care is that if the disconnection order has been generated in the system and if you are reversing the dunning in that case you will have to go and close those disconnection orders by either keeping them in TECO status or CLOSED status .
