We have ESS configure for in EP, NetWeaver 2004. The Employee Search -> Who's Who search, when searching for all users (put an "*" in the Last Name field) returns all employees for some users but only a few employees for other users. Why is this? our SAP Admin check authorizations and says they are the same for all users. Anyone know why this is? Could it have something to do with HCM configurations?
