Hello Salman,
It looks like the problem is that saprouter is trying to start on a
service that is already in use, Have you tried starting on port 3298
instead of 3299?
There is some good documentation available under the link below.
Please also see note 30289 for further information.
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/4f/993172446d11d189700000e
8322d00/frameset.htm for English.
Please also review note 164937 NiPBind: service 'sap????' in use.
Hope this gets you going.

Paul

Hi paul,
My Saprouter is working fine but when i go to SM59 to test the connection it's failing at that time. Also SAP AG told me that they are getting "SNC processing failed: SncProcessInput" when trying to connect our System. Do you know what would be my next steps.
Thanks,
Mohammed

Dear Mohammed
What I would recommend at this point is to raise a support message on SAP Component xx-ser-net-htl with this issue.
These kind of errors can be difficult to isolate in a forumn like this, and network conenctions from customer sites to SAP fall under your support agreement, so in this case you may want to take advantage of this entitlement.
Regards,
Paul
