Requested Lookup Key was not found

Dear All,

I am facing bellow error at Client machine when XL Reporter Add-on Load

Unable to connect to SAP Business One [SAP Business One UI API]

The Requested lookup key was not found in any active activation context

and user not able to execute any XL Report on that machine
