while sending mail-Unable to get the defect data with the notification

Dear SAP Guru,

I have done the defect recording through transaction QF01, after selecting the code group, i have activated the notification then the notification type -Q3 and the cordinator is selected.

By changing the notification, the action box shows, where i used to select the SEND MAIL option and then cordinator i.d selected on it , further a long text window opens , where i used to enter the defect details.

A workbench screen opens for selecting the recipient and it have been processed the....in my outbox & client inbox there is only the notification number available and long text other than that no defect detailed data are attached wiht the notifiation mail.

Please guide me...if any thing wrong in the process flow..kindly mention it....i am unable to provide the data regarding defects with the mail...

kindly check the funcional module used for sending mail in action box setting.

take help of abaper and design it for defect code

Dear Guru,

What is the purpose of quality notifiation to internal user, is it only carries the Notification number or it will have the detail data with respect to the defect.

If the defect also comes with the quality notification in SAP workbench then by some setting i think the notification can be done through internet also.

If i am wrong please clarify or correct me
