In SAP MMC jstart.exe has astatus "Some Process running"

In SAP MMC jstart.exe has a status "Some Process running"

I checked the dev_server0 log file it said that "Java VM shared library issues" and it has exit code "-21001" and retcode "2"..

But i have 3 GB ram installed in my system.

In "As Java Process Table" it has 3 entries as follows with their status..

debugproxy - disabled

icm - running

server0 - stopped

Please help me out ...........
