Hi,

Centrally agree contracts

an enterprise operates with a central purchasing organization covering several plant can ofen negotiate better conditions

option of creating contract that relate not just one particular plant but to purchasing organizations

1) centrally agree contracts enable you to specify separate conditions for each receving plants

2) the plant is not specified until the contract release order is created

3) maintain plant condition in centrally agree contracts in only possible via EDIT-PLANT CONDITION

Please assign respective purchase organisation to Plants.

Assign them to Ref Purchase organisation.

Please create a contract on ref purchase organisation.

This contract will be used as a standard for all Plants coming under their respective purchase organisations which are assigned to Ref Pur organisation

Hi,

Create contract and maintain the price, in condition TAB maintain the price with duration periods (FROM to TO).Also you can configured release procedure/approval process for contract and then contract need to be released before release order creation.. So when you create release order WRT contract for different plants as & when required, then price will copy from contract to purchase order.
